Did you know that when primary flow temperature are reduced but high hot water flow rates are still required this can increase the return temperature! and in many cases above 30C well outside of the CIBSE and BESA recommended 25C return for DHW production. The TI45 ULTRA LEAN HIU however has been designed to operate at low primary flow temperatures and still produce 22.9 LPM of DHW with a primary return temperature of 23.4C.
