Hitting The Airwaves In 2023??

I shared yesterday that it was Hospitality.FM 's 1st Birthday! We launched with 6 podcasts and are ending the year with a little more than 30 podcasts and a handful of creators without a podcast. This all isn't possible without a great team of people and an amazing group of creators who are all-in with their content and communities. I couldn't be more thankful!

Stacey St. John is not only a walking inspiration herself but she is now the host of the STR Sisterhood podcast that captures the stories of real women in the industry who have grown 6-7 figure vacation rental management companies.

Released every Tuesday, you can hear Stacey talk (and maybe sing) her way through these captivating interviews that leave you smiling after each one.

Stacey couldn't be any more of an awesome person to work with and I know the team and I are thrilled she joined our network!

The STR Home Financing Podcast

Officially launching next week and every Wednesday moving forward, Jeff Chisum hosts the STR Home Financing Podcast, a micro-podcast that is all about the best financing methods for STR Investors that are actionable. A micro-podcast is a podcast that is quick and easy to consume, usually no longer than 10-15 minutes and Jeff is doing just that. Making these episodes bitesized for listeners to make sure there's no fluff and only good take aways and education!

We've been working on this show in the background with Jeff since summer and couldn't be more thankful for Jeff's patience and ease to work with on all of this and I know the listeners and industry will benefit from these episodes!

Vacation Rental Micro School (VRMS)

The Vacation Rental Micro-School Podcast is a daily and seasonal podcast that is dedicated to bringing the best and practical bite-sized content to the ever growing vacation rental professional. You can expect to hear daily episodes (Monday through Friday) that are no longer than 10 minutes long. Each season will be themed and broken into weekly/daily topics that are covered by our expert guests.

I will be hosting this first season with 4 special guests or co-host experts that will be announced prior to the launch of the first episode in January of 2023. I am only hosting this first season and then once we look into season two, we will have brought in a new host from the Hospitality.FM network.

Season One is all about the 101 of vacation rentals. What you need to know when you're just getting started, what to expect as you grow, technology for your business, safety, and much more! Enjoy this trailer to get a little taste.
