THE HITCH-PROFFESIONALISM

People like to work, love to earn penny, love spending, love saving money. People love extra vagant life, They become a lavish spender of money on their needs and luxuries, they become generous to save money.

But, the hitch in life is professionalism. They want the best job in the world, they want a blue blooded lifestyle. But they don't want honesty in their profession. When it comes to the work place, they are lethargic, and become very mean in giving service.

I am in a profession, where I get to see all kinds of lethargic, mean, narrow, selfish, greedy, unethical people. You may wonder what is that place, where there are almost every people of the world but not honest. I am not blaming that our profession is the corrupted one, there are exceptions in every field and every sector of life. But what I am trying to convey you is, when we accept a good salary package, we need to provide an excellent service as well. We are the pillars of this society. The whole world is what we make. We are the embodiment of knowledge, creativity and progress. We have to induce in ourselves the seeds of honesty and when once we get infused with professional ethics, we automatically inculcate the good and only best to others and we become the driving force of change which will be apparently positive.                              

The entire economic status depends on how we bring out the best output and how we keep moving. We need to get acclimatized to the professional set up and make it a hub of honesty, hard work and morality.

When we start thinking that it's not just mine but everyone's, then you will learn to keep the accountability of everything you do. I, my, mine; myself has to get transformed into we, us, ours and ourselves.

We have to have a broader outlook towards everything, then only the seeds of success be sown.

The fraternity needs to survive, sustain for a long time, and if it has to survive, it has to have a sovereign education system and it has to err with sound knowledge and good creativity. And, needless to say, it's we teachers who can make our fellow beings, this mankind to be on Moon or to be on Everest.

The acquisition of knowledge, the attainment of creativity shall have to be spilled to the entire mankind and enlighten every one with good knowledge and illuminate the entire world.

Let's hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
