As I reflect on the 100-year journey of RS Husada, a profound sense of pride fills my heart. To be a part of this institution's rich history is an honor, and I am humbled by the opportunity to contribute to its ongoing legacy.

Organizations that have stood the test of time, reaching the remarkable milestone of a century, inevitably face immense challenges. However, these challenges also present extraordinary potential for growth and innovation. I find myself invigorated by these very challenges, for they allow me to apply the knowledge and skills I have acquired through my academic pursuits, including my postdoctoral work at Harvard and Cornell.

I firmly believe that innovation is the key to unlocking the next chapter of RS Husada's success. By embracing new technologies, pioneering novel approaches to patient care, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we can ensure that RS Husada remains at the forefront of healthcare excellence.
