In the history of violations of pesticide law, very candid & unbelievable public disclosures have confirmed businesses in wide-spread & flagrant defiance of violations of provincial pesticide law, violations of state pesticide law, & violations of federal pesticide law.??
These violator-businesses operate in the agriculture industry, extermination industry, golf industry, lawn care industry, & more.??
Soon, observers expect that?these businesses will receive more & more visits by the unchallengeable Health Canada.??
What are these bad-boys gonna do when Health Canada comes for them ?!?!??
VIOLATION OF FEDERAL PESTICIDE LAW?―??
The use of a pest control product in a way that is inconsistent with the directions on the label, & in a way that endangers human health & the environment, is a violation of federal pesticide law ( a.k.a. Pest Control Products Act ).??
The instruction & safety precautions that appear on the approved pesticide product label are written by Health Canada to protect people & the environment.??
According to federal pesticide law, no person shall manufacture, possess, handle, store, transport, distribute, use or dispose of a pest control product in a way that endangers human health or safety or the environment.??
Several lawn care & extermination businesses that have chosen to use agricultural products have acted like bad-boys.??
More specifically, these businesses have used agricultural products in residential settings, which is contrary to the use instructions stated on the approved pesticide product label?―?this is the most common violation of federal pesticide law.??
All agricultural products may only be applied on specified food crops.??
Unfortunately, the vast majority of businesses that are guilty of violations of federal pesticide law have been lawn care & extermination businesses, especially in the province of Quebec.??

Examples of Health Canada’s arbitrary amounts for a penalty is $6,000 for a serious violation & $10,000 for a very serious violation.??
Health Canada is allowed to impose penalties for any type of violation without having to pursue formal prosecution, rendering it unchallengeable & unstoppable.??
Observers wonder if an unchallengeable Health Canada is out-of-control ?!?!??
