Growing up I always loved eating Maggi. Every time I felt hungry or bored, oh wait there’s Maggi.?

My oldest memory of Maggi goes back to when my sister and I used to fight over how the serving was not equal on each plate.

haha!??

It's interesting how the brand has become such an important part of our lives. More so, in a country like India where the people believe in making food from scratch.

Did you know that the Maggi company actually originated in Switzerland? It was later acquired by Nestle in 1947.

This story reminds me of a recent campaign I read about on Maggi. The popular instant noodles brand, Maggi, wanted to increase brand awareness using WhatsApp. They wanted to have conversations with customers and build a connection. So in this campaign, Maggi challenged home chefs to whip up healthy delicious meals with Maggi’s instant packs. Customers sent the list of ingredients to the virtual assistant on WhatsApp and it would send cooking recipes and step-by-step instructions to cook healthy dishes. The results were astounding.

?200,000 messages sent

It is safe to say that brands have started leveraging WhatsApp to drive meaningful conversations that actually help in conversion. Look at how some other brands are acing their conversion game using WhatsApp.
