History has been made with Amapiano

On a mission to ignite the next movement of people across the continent for personal and economic growth. Imagine 1.5 Billion people traveling for Trade or to reconnect with the continent & even relocate.
I am one of the most decent people you can meet, but when the sound of #amapiano hits my ears, I lose it all, and I know this is true for most Southern African people who live on this platform called LinkedIn.
History was made this past weekend as we witnessed the first-ever SA Amapiano Awards. I had a front-row social media seat to this spectacle through my friend who hosted the awards Zanele Potelwa and many others who went to support her and the movement like @Bongani Baloyi.
My belief is that Amapiano is the next driver of economic success in Africa especially for the natives of the land. Through this music industries/sectors are unified and our social problems are addressed and further expressed through dance. @Bontle Moloi highlighted in her TEDx Talk the significance of dance in communicating the phonics that winds a thread through our diversity pulling Africans into this movement our bodies cannot resist.
Congratulations to all those who were a part of building history and congratulations to the first custodians of it. 25 years from now we will look back and be proud that we allowed this somewhat ratchet but satisfying piece of art to find its presence in our society boldly and with no shame.
Amapiano! Yanos to the world.
