History of forensic science in Bharat

Today, most minds are constantly searching for evidence to understand everything — the purpose of birth, who I am, why I am here, and the meaning of life. Evidence builds confidence within oneself. Our Vedas, Gita, and the life journeys of our ancestors provide evidence for everything, yet there is little formal education on this. Forensic science, however, brings evidence to light for everything.

Chanakya, in his Arthashastra, brought forward many pieces of evidence through forensic science. But how? Through foresight, spy networks, vigilance, and detective skills — all crucial for life, safety, and security. Unfortunately, today, many are unaware of these methods due to a lack of education.

Mothers and the nurturing touch of motherhood are masters of these skills, as they have a natural understanding of behavior and human nature. In recent history, Subhash Chandra Bose formed the INA with support from Muthuramalinga Devar, sending selected women from the Devar community to the INA. This community’s women possessed extraordinary skills in these areas. Many such examples exist throughout our history.

While everyone possesses these skills, the Kshatriya warriors excel in them. Due to colonial influences, we have lost much of this knowledge and education from our history. Now is the time to reinvent, rejuvenate, and redesign our approach, using our own history to create education, training, and research bridges for the safety and security of ourselves, our families, our country, and the Earth. Once we open our minds, we will understand more deeply and uncover truthful knowledge. Think wisely and act accordingly. Jai Vijaya Bhava.
