History of Bluetooth
Origin of Bluetooth: Hello friends, you all are well aware of Bluetooth, so its story is also very strange which I am going to tell you today. Let's start,
The thing is that there was a Danish king in the tenth century, whose name was Harald Bluetooth. King Harald "Bluetooth" Gormsson, united Denmark and parts of Norway during his reign. King Harald was known for his skill in bringing people together. One interesting is that one of his teeth was damaged or there was some problem with it, so he got a false tooth fitted. This tooth was dark grey or appeared to be slightly blue. He was known as Bluetooth king at that time. Let us see, what is the relation of Bluetooth with this king? It was the year 1996 when software engineers from three companies, Nokia, Intel, and Erricson, got together and thought of inventing a tool that could transfer files. After making this tool, the creators of Bluetooth technology saw a parallel in their goal of developing a standardized wireless communication platform that could unite various devices and industries.
The engineers said that they would name this tool Bluetooth because Herald Bluetooth had connected the countries, so the name of Bluetooth is also made from the initials of this king. In Norwegian language, H is written like this, and B is written like this (see the picture given below), its icon has been created by combining these two letters.
