Tata Motors Jamshedpur Plant has shattered barriers and set a new standard for inclusivity! For the first time ever, 23 individuals with hearing disabilities have joined the Engine Assembly team, marking a groundbreaking moment in disability inclusion. The organization's dedication to creating a supportive ecosystem is inspiring – from multiple job drives and sensitization sessions to brainstorming meets, every effort was made to provide a conducive work environment. But what left us in awe was the collective passion and motivation of the entire Tata Motors panel. It's clear that this change was driven by a shared vision, not just a single leader. Kudos to Tata Motors for paving the way for a more inclusive future!
In a spectacular celebration of creativity and inclusivity, we hosted two live canvas painting events at Accenture offices in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, featuring the remarkable talents of Archana Gokhale and Uday Kiran! Archana's stunning 2x3 ft masterpiece was unveiled in Bengaluru, leaving audiences in awe. The event not only showcased her artistic prowess but also successfully sold her artwork. The very next day, Uday Kiran's breathtaking painting was showcased in Hyderabad, garnering widespread acclaim. Like Archana's event, Uday's artwork was also displayed and sold. Both events were united by a powerful theme: "One Billion Reasons to Illuminate Disability Inclusion." This event not only provided a popular platform to our artists but also instilled their confidence in art all over again.?
PWC organized a two-fold sensitization program for their employees, comprising a disability sensitization session led by our Founder and CEO, Vineet Saraiwala, and an experiential learning session with interactive booths. This innovative approach gave employees a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities, fostering empathy and encouraging them to share personal stories and experiences. Both Kolkata and Gurgaon offices saw enthusiastic participation from leaders and employees, who enjoyed the experiential learning games, particularly the treasure hunt. The event garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants expressing eagerness to be part of similar initiatives in the future.
