Dear Sir, I hope you and all your family are fine, in good health and not affected by the Corona Virus.

First of all, please let me know, whether it’s your intention to sell these assets and if you agree, that my line shall do that? I’m closely collaborating with those business partners above, we are experienced and work together as one group.?I am working together with my bank and a skilled, licensed lawyer in order to treat your assets properly. In case you refuse to collaborate with me, please let me know immediately, – I will respect and accept that and delete the file.

Secondly, please let me know: Are your assets already registered with an official buyer-representative??The back-ground of this question: I don’t want to cause troubles to you, due to a double-submission. Please reply?

Thirdly let me know, whether you are ready to wait patiently for the start of the Redemption (-which is still unknown – despite constant rumours about the start of disbursements)? - And whether you are ready to respect the “Gagging-Order” which will be imposed as soon as the submission is done?

Fourthly let me know, whether you are ready to accept (by signing) the Profit-Participation Agreement which I will send you. You shall accept the trustee and paymaster “Casparus International” based in Netherlands”.

“Casparus International” is licensed, monitored and accepted by European Union; United Nations; International Monetary Fund; World Bank; United States Federal Reserve and United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Elders, Finance-Market Authorisation; Banking-Supervisions and Banks. Casparus International’s task is to arrange your payments, payments of all intermediaries, lead all payments to the banks accepted and demanded by the receiver and takes care, that the banks will not block the money.

In case?you do not answer, I assume that you don’t want to sell your assets via our line and/or?have registered already your assets with an other buyer. However, I will submit only in the event that I get your explicit request to do so.

In case you intend to submit with my line, please:

• send an updated KYC
• provide either a Safe-Keeping Receipt (SKR) of a security house, or, - in case this is not possible or too expensive, than please provide an “Attorney-Attestation Letter” (AAL) of a notary,?lawyer or any official. (see a draft of an AAL attached). In case a notary or lawyer is not available, please use two witnesses (see attached form) for the legalisation
• we need an Asset-List in Excel-Format with all Numbers and Codes of the assets (see attached Spread-Sheet form)
• provide the Provenance Form – this evidence of Origin is crucial for the buyer (see attached Form)
• provide a Proof Of Life (POL). – attached please find a pattern – a VIDEO would even be better.?Visible shall be: the sellers face, his passport, the SKR or AAL, an actual newspaper (the day-date shall be readable!), if available some docs like spread-sheet...
• Provide some photographs of the boxes and bonds

I would like to inform you that I can arrange the purchase all types of assets (Dragon Notes in Boxes, Lion-Head Notes, German Bonds, NIQDs Boxes (Containers) in great number, Agro-ZIMs in vast number, Blue (100Tri) ZIM?Containers in large number, High Value ZIMs, Super Petchilis, Golden Guns, Golden Bibles, Golden Cities, TOV Boxes, FRNs, Kobe-Boxes...

Mobilization Fee:

I would like to point out, that some of my (Sovereign-) Buyers are able, ready and willing to grant Mobilization Payments in order to treat assets in remote places hardly to access. This payment is an advance-payment, – will be paid only after getting the contract from the Final End Buyer (FEB) - not before.?

As actually – due to the pandemic and political environment – there is mostly no possibility to provide all numbers and codes of the assets and it’s risky to inspect these assets. It’s costly, difficulty and not without danger to transport these assets to a security house or to a save place.

However: The end-buyer is experienced to arrange these transports of the assets to a Security-House. His Mobilization-payments cover all costs like transports, security patrols, supervision by watchmen, storage, accommodation, travel-costs, custom duties and taxes – even existing debts with the security-house will be paid in advance. Please accept, that NOT all the FEBs are ready to grant that payment

Payment (after getting the Contract of the Final-End-Buyer:

1. Mobilization Fee in advance (- only some particular Final End-Buyers are ready to grant that)
2. 1% in advance
3. 9% during TTM
4. 10% within several months
5. 80% for projects according to the needs of the project

Prices: At present, prices for all the assets are just speculations!?Prices corridors are in negotiation between the key players (US & CHINA). There are circulating astronomical prices. In practice it will be a boundary of possibility between seller/holder and buyer. It depends on a lot of circumstances like location, history, condition of the assets... However, please accept, - it will be just a small fraction of the exaggerated prices being announced in the past.

In case you agree to submit, please let me know, – you will get served, most likely, in the next tranche. This will be soon. The signs are mounting that the disbursement is going to start, – but due to the banking-rules and gagging order, we can not guarantee for that. The responsible entities and persons are bound by this Gagging-Order as well.
