A historic building along one of Central Florida's ritziest commercial corridors sold this week in an off-market deal. The 102-year-old building at 307 S. Park Avenue, home to Winter Park's iconic Park Plaza Hotel and 12,000 square feet of retail space, traded hands Sept. 25.
Orlando Business Journal's Trevor Fraser and Ryan Lynch have all the details on the deal — including who the new owner is, the transaction in perspective to previous deals along Park Avenue and what's next for the property. Get the full story here.
