5 个月Over regulation kills innovation. Higher educational institutions through self-regulation should aspire to achieve more on fronts of academic innovations, national & international rankings, and making a positive impact on their stakeholders like students, teachers, funding institutions, local communities among others. Regulators should also come with consensus on this. This can transform the existing higher education ecosystem of the nation.
