Historic Floral Park Probate

Trust Properties USA was recently able to successfully complete our biggest challenge to date. The home built in the early 1900s, is one of the oldest homes in the Floral Park section of Santa Ana and was once owned by the Mcfadden Family (Yes the family the street is named after). After we fronted a $173,500 renovation, that included dealing with the strict historical society, Landscaping, hoarding remediation, rebuilding the original carriage house, repairing dozens of leaks in the roof, upgrading electrical and plumbing, and a full blown rehab inside and out, we were able to net an additional $263,000 for the family. And they didn't have to pay a single dime out of pocket!
