Yesterday the ACIM lesson #109, stated...
I REST in GOD
And, I found that the more I meditated on such a simple statement throughout the day, the more I RESTED in GOD & I could literally feel the “resting”, from my mind through to my body. The day was sublimely PEACEFUL & QUIET from within, out... so I just flowed with it. Unlike the day I had planned, I did not write & crawled into bed at 9:30pm, put on my meditation music & allowed myself to float into a deep restful night of sleep. Waking early.
Today, ACIM lesson #110 stated...
I AM AS GOD CREATED ME
