Responsibilities:

- Apply patches, updates, and minor upgrades to Windows systems and software.

- Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory.

- Log incidents and service requests into a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

- Document resolutions and procedures to build a knowledge base for future incidents.

- Monitor system health, network connectivity, and workstation performance to detect and address issues.

- Ensure Windows systems comply with company policies, security guidelines, and licensing.

- Handle basic technical issues reported by end users, such as login problems, software errors, or connectivity issues
