?? Conduct Classroom and On-the-Job Training for automobile service processes ?? Lead Service Process Audits to ensure dealer service efficiency ?? Drive improvements in Post Sales Feedback (PSF) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ?? Handle approximately 15-20 workshops, ensuring high service standards ?? Compile and present insightful reports to support the Head of Department ?? Ensure that all manpower at the location is trained and ready to deliver top-notch service
