What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with work experience in dealer workshop as Technical Training/ Practical trainings /Service Advisor/Workshop Supervisor/Technical Specialist etc.

Role & Responsibilities:?

• To conduct technical training (about 18-20 days per month), take ownership of the training batch in terms of time-adherence and discipline, to carry out training effectiveness.?

Experience & Skills:?

• Good presentation skills & interest in training, comfortable in working with on-board diagnostic equipment, good in trouble shooting of engine management systems, ABS, Airbag, EBD, able to fluently read-write-speak English/Hindi, basic computer skills. Candidates with prior technical training experience of automobile industry would be preferred.

?Temperamental Profile:?

• Patience to listen & then explain creative in developing new course content, display positive attitude in expression & verbal communication.?

Qualification:

• BE or B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering
