Hiring Tech Lead @ Cosmocloud

Cosmocloud is hiring a Tech Lead / Head of Engineering to build products and guide our tech team. This person would be an Architect in leading Cosmocloud platform's design and development.

An ideal candidate would be a Senior / Staff Engineer who knows how to build systems from scratch, and deploy them at scale. Working at startups previously would be a huge plus point.

Cosmocloud is a Backend-as-a-Service platform, capable to build complex backend APIs, custom logics, Full Text Search, Object Storage and much more, in just minutes on the awesome platform we have built.

Cosmocloud is also PreSeed funded by leadership of LinkedIn, Google, Innovaccer and other amazing CEOs and CTOs in the tech industry.

We already have about 7 engineers in the team (excluding myself), and this person would be leading this team ??

Job Requirements

• Work from office (Noida), 5 days a week
• 3-9 years of exp as a software engineer in building scalable products.
• Exp in building products from scratch, design docs, system design, data modelling, architecting for scale and failovers.
• Should have experience with concepts like Async Workflows (queues, topics), Caches, Object Storage, Full Text Search, Kubernetes, Deployments and Clouds (AWS, Azure, etc)

• Mandatory tech stacks should include strong knowledge of Python, MongoDB, AWS.
• Good to haves would be Docker, Kubernetes, Queues, Redis, S3 & Elasticsearch.
