Hiring ServiceNow Developer for Pune
Position Summary ServiceNow Developer will be responsible to develop, architect solutions, design, enhance, administer and support ServiceNow suite of applications that consists of CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM services using best practices and industry standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environment.
- Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5
- Well versed with various ServiceNow products & platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience on at least two service now modules (Security, GRC, ITSM, Discovery Implementation, ITAM, ITOM, DevOps, etc.)
- Automate administrative & operational, CMDB/Discovery tasks, MID Server administration, Portal and Mobile.
- Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system using connectors would be given more preference.
- Experience in defining epics, user stories, create UI mock-ups and having a roll-up the sleeves approach to make things happen
- Excellent documentation and presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
- Creates business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow Platform
- Must have delivered more than 2- 3 projects from scratch/requirement gathering to till go-live
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Plus)
- Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Order Guides, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets.
- Undertake post-implementation business support and troubleshoot and resolve systems issues

Experience
- 4 - 8 Years of experience with ServiceNow platform in the areas of configuration, development, design, implementation, administration, programming and support
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Expertise in JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Jelly, XML, Webservices
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Strong creative problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration and / or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules
- Understanding of Customer support/ITIL/ITSM processes
- Should have desire and ability's to learn new programming languages as needed.
