Hiring Season is Here!

Did you know that most hiring happens in January and February? Senior staff are coming back from their holidays. Hiring managers are receiving their hiring budget for the year. Employees who were waiting for their Christmas bonus before leaving are heading out the door, creating vacancies. This is simply the busiest time of the year for hiring.

But of course, this also means there's a lot of competition. Your CV will have to stand out somehow. If you have the experience employers are looking for, that's fantastic. If you don't, there's still hope. You can demonstrate your competence and passion by having formal qualifications.
