Locations: Pune | New Delhi | Bangalore

Position Summary:

• Trainer required to deliver product trainings, soft skill trainings and other trainings as per the curriculum set by the client, IBT or Face to face trainings.
• The Trainings would be around 4-7 days a week as requested by client, may increase in future.

The responsibilities would include:

• ?Imparting Product & Sales Process training to the sales consultants and other staffs at Auto dealerships.
• Coaching/Handholding of dealership staffs to bridge the competency gap and improve overall competency of dealership.
• Training of dealership manpower on products & processes as per the requirement of training calendar
• Visiting respective regional area office as per the training need.
• Working in synchronization with respective Auto Field force transformation manager to codevelop the tools/methods/strategies required for delivering and administering quality training & other training management task.
• Performing training delivery for the dealership under assigned area.
• Performing training need analysis & sharing the outcome with respective dealer development manager for corrective measures.

Experience & Skills:

Must have hands-on experience in the auto industry (2W or 4W) with approx. 3-5 years in training and/or coaching or having experience in a similar work profile.
