Job Description :

·    6+ yrs of experience in Sales and New Business Acquisition

·   Strong Farming and Hunting experience

·    Experience in Upselling /Down Selling is preferred

·   Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to grow revenue and drive new opportunities

across all accounts in the region

·    Grasp the big picture, conceptualize customers’ business needs and propose relevant

solutions

·    Strong matrix management and leadership skills, adept at securing new logo's, save &

turnaround opportunities, and stimulating new growth from existing accounts.

·    Track record of effectiveness in new logo acquisition, Sales, and Business Development.

·     Good at developing cross-functional relationships to maximize the fluid challenges of

today's marketplace.

·      Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to understand client needs and able to provide   

  solutions
