resource currently has an an opening for a sales coordinator / office manager. This position is ideal for a meticulously organized multitasker with a deep appreciation of film, visual media, and culture in all forms.?

Priority will be give to applicants with strong design and organizational skillsets.

resource is an independent sales and talent firm that strategically markets some of the finest directors, editors, animators and experience designers in film and advertising. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, curious, organized, focused person looking to learn about marketing creative talent within the film/advertising industry in a fast-paced, intimate “all hands on deck” environment.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

● Personal assistant or prior administrative work

● Sales support

● Commercial or music video production

● Advertising

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage office operations and provide administrative support to sales reps, including travel?
  • Track all incoming lead activity in InEntertainment and generate weekly client reports and sales agendas
  • Build and send talent reels on a per project basis?
  • Maintain calendars, plan meetings, and organize screenings + screening presentations.
  • Compile and maintain target contact lists for screenings, new talent, and outreach.
  • Manage website and help coordinate social media and direct marketing
  • Track client social feeds for new work and news; provide relevant industry reports?
  • Provide suggestions for improvements for efficiency
  • Technical support

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Apple software and hardware
