Hiring The Right Person

Have you ever hired a person before? Chances are... you could see the person... who might look at Facebook... and gossip... or even harassed other employees.

I'd like to show you some steps... how you can be successful jobs and interviews.

If you' re interviewing an employee... do this.

  1. Ask how many years did the person worked on the previous company.
  2. Ask the position and hours.
  3. If the imtervewing person got fired... ask why.
  4. Tell them about the company and the policy... along with benefits.
  5. Ask the person... what can that person do for the company.

If you're the person who's getting the interview... do this.

  1. Be pront.
  2. Tell the person your name, and previous occupations.
  3. Hand your resume.
  4. Listen very carefully... what the person is saying.
  5. Give the person the best answer... why you want the job.
  6. Give the honest answer... why you got fired from previous job.
  7. Don't ever mention Facebook.
  8. If the interview's done... shake hands... and wait until the phone

ring.

The reason why you don't want to mention Facebook... social medias could go on the permanent record. The person giving the interview... could see your previous record.

If Facebook goes on the record... the percentage of getting the job... could get really slim. The person who might hire people... might need to tell the person... why Facebook could be a waste of time... during work. Facebook could destroy work life.

Remember... the person that's giving the interview... needs to hear strong and honest answers. Hiring the person that could be addicted to social medias... could get into a lot of trouble. Hiring the best person... that doesn't have Facebook experience... will be one the successful steps for the best working environments.
