Job Description：

•   LTE & VoLTE Optimization
•   Creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting.
•   Monitoring Radio Network performance KPIs and takes any necessary action to improve it
•   Ensuring that the radio network quality KPI's are achieving the targets
•   Ensuring that newly integrated sites are tuned and provide optimum performance with reference to existing nodes.
•   Cluster Drive testing, drive logs post processing, analysis & troubleshooting the issues. Must be capable of identifying a failure in drive test, finding a root cause and resolving to achieve the cluster level drive KPIs.
•   Proactive in recommendations/Optimizing n/w configurations to achieve best performance.
•   Identification of best site candidate and extend support to Acquisition teams. RF survey report validation.
•   Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness.
