- Identify educational institutions in rural areas lacking placement cells and propose partnerships to establish placement departments on behalf of NETAPS.in .

- Promote NETAPS.in as an admission partner, supporting institutions in marketing and selling courses.

- Negotiate recruitment terms and educational programs with institutions.

- Hire and manage 10-20 district managers to mobilize youth for Industry Synergized Education programs.

- Collaborate with local employment agencies and utilize NETAPS.in ’s 9400+ industry partners to ensure placement opportunities.

- Convert outreach centers into profit centers.

- Conduct regular client visits, follow up, recruit and train teams, and ensure timely service delivery.

- Identify potential franchise entrepreneurs who can set up NETAPS.in offices with their own teams, spaces, and entrepreneurial vision.
