Hiring Procurement Specialist!

We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic Procurement team. You will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and equipment for our construction projects, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness. You will be a key partner to project managers and other stakeholders, contributing to the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Position responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire procurement cycle for assigned materials and equipment, from identifying vendors and securing quotes to issuing purchase orders and managing deliveries.

2. Conduct market research to identify and qualify new suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and terms.

3. Analyze supplier performance and manage relationships with key vendors.

4. Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for procurement activities.

5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for upcoming projects.

6. Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.7. Work closely with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.

8. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documentation.

9. Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities.

10. Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in construction procurement.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
