- Second level of screening by the HR Talent Acquisition Team through a Zoom / Google-based interview process. This phase is to ascertain CULTURE FIT
- Final interview by HoD and Head HR. This interview happens face-to-face
- Reference check to check the veracity of past employment and antecedent record
