Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions to meet clients need.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
• Develop and maintain databases using MS Access/Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement effective process management systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales operations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
• Strong skills in Pre-Sales operations, leadership skills, time management, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, documentation & compliance management.
