This has allowed the platform to create? international opportunities? in two key dimensions, claimed the firm. The first dimension involves collaborating directly with global clients, while the second dimension revolves around working in a remote setup. The platform claims that it offers two learning and development courses which are designed to empower individuals for global success, Jaymin Bhuptani, CEO, Uplers, told FE Education. “We’ve noticed a market gap in India for helping talent gain the skills they need to succeed globally, including working with international clients, understanding different cultures and excelling in cross-cultural interactions. We aim to empower individuals to excel in remote work, going beyond traditional education to prepare them for success in this field,” he said.
