1.Implementation Coordinator- Customer Service
Exp- 3-5 years
Demonstrated knowledge of customer service and operational management, including but not limited to financial and staff management, IT, interpretation, and quality control. Demonstrated supervisory leadership and staff management skills. Experience in a client-facing role and the ability to provide highly professional written and verbal communication to clients in a time-sensitive environment. Experience managing customer service or quality teams. Ability to work under general direction in an independent mode, initiating and innovating new programs, unit growth,development, and change.
Salary- 5 LPA
Shift Timings-6.30 pm- 3.30 am- Shift allownace of 3500/- for night shift
2.QC Specialist
Experience-1+ year
Shift 1: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM | Shift 2: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Minimum 1 year of experience into QC / Proofreading with Localization / Translations or publication company
Good written & verbal communication skills required (7/10)
Should have good knowledge of Windows OS
Knowledge of at least one of the following applications required: Adobe Acrobat, DocuProof or other QC applications
