Hiring Manager in a jobverse?

This week, my colleague Tibor Volek participated for the first time as a professional representative at a JOBVERSE állásb?rze.

I've known Tibi for almost a year now; I supported him in selection processes as an external recruitment partner, so I've been able to follow his evolution and development as a Hiring Manager.

Besides corporate changes and new tools, I've also had the opportunity to shape processes, and now, as a Change management expert, I'm supporting him in this. It brought me great joy when he volunteered to participate in such an event, despite his recruitment processes having already been successfully concluded.
