Hiring Lead ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will:

• Design and Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Technical Expertise: Build advanced workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Module Implementation: Deliver expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, or Discovery modules. (Any four skills are mandatory; CSM is preferred.)
• Integration Proficiency: Develop integrations with third-party tools and ensure seamless data flow using APIs and web services.
• Optimization: Ensure high performance, security, and efficient use of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business needs into innovative solutions.
• Leadership: Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices and project standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user manuals.

Technical and Personal Skills Required

• Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including recent experience in a lead role.
• Stability: Demonstrated stability in employment history with no frequent job switches.
• Modules Expertise: Proficiency in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, or Discovery. (Any four are mandatory; CSM is preferred.)
• Integration Skills: Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms and tools.
• Leadership: Strong ability to guide and mentor teams and effectively manage technical deliverables.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Pre-screening: Candidates must pass a business prescreening before proceeding to the interview stage.

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer, are highly valued.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD tools like GitHub or Jenkins is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or Python is an advantage.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary of up to ?30 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
