We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our recruitment company and oversee all aspects of human resources operations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce. You will be responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Position: HR Manager

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Job location: Andheri East ( 2 Min from Andheri Railway and metro stn)

Working days: Monday to Saturday ( 2nd and 4th Off)

Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

? Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

? Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions

? Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture

? Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

? Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus programs, and employee benefits administration

? Oversee HR administration, including payroll, leave management, and HRIS maintenance

? Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on HR best practices

? Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
