Role: FP&A Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with valuations.?
  • Support M&A activity, help model and analyze future acquisitions.
  • Assist FP&A leadership with annual budget and all regular reporting of financial and operational data.?
  • Produce and maintain various monthly reports regarding financial performance, variance analysis, updates to rolling forecast, key trends, and KPIs, with input from senior management.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience manipulating models in Excel, so intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Power BI a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Role: Senior Manager FP&A

HIGHLIGHTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models.
  • Identify trends and variances impacting financial results.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management and financial results reporting.
  • Lead Treasury and cash management activities, including communications with 3rd?party banks.
  • Support business development opportunities.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, or finance is required, MBA preferred.
  • Twelve + years of progressive finance experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.
  • Minimum five years supervisory experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Spotfire, and / or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.


Role: Financial Analyst:
