Position: Enterprise Account Manager (2 positions)
Location: Pune (1) and Ahmedabad (1)
Work Type: Full-Time (Currently Work from Home)
Experience: 4-6 years in selling SaaS Applications & Services
Preferred Experience: Experience in selling IRM/GRC or ITOM/ITAM solutions to global clients is advantageous
- Identify and pursue opportunities within the Enterprise Customer Segment in EMEA and USA.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on opportunities and solution strategies.
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for global enterprise customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer objectives, challenges, and priorities to deliver tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account planning sessions to ensure customer success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional ServiceNow and other solutions.
- Develop account plans to achieve revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow and other solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Regularly check in with customers to measure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous value realization.
- 4-6 years of experience in selling Cloud Applications & Services (Infrastructure, Platform, and/or Software-as-a-Service) in the IT industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick thinker, driven, passionate, and hardworking.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly.
- High confidence when engaging with CXOs.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn continuously.
- Graduate/MBA/IIM with good industry knowledge in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Pharma, and Healthcare.
- Results-driven, target-oriented, and ambitious.
