ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters is partnering with a leading and highly ranked Hotel and Golf Club on a Director of Sales and Marketing opportunity in the sunny Monterey Peninsula.

This is a fantastic position for a driven and passionate hotel sales leader to support the thriving Sales & Marketing team at a highly prestigious hotel. The Director of Sales and Marketing will have the opportunity to manage day-to-day sales operations while creating/implementing marketing strategies that will maximize revenue within all facets of the property.

Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales management within the direct hotel space, heavy sales experience within hospitality
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department?Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities- The duties for the role are as follows:
• Curate and carry out ongoing marketing strategies to maximize revenue
• Oversee branding efforts and monitor ongoing marketing campaigns to achieve maximum yield in all targeted markets and maintain property image
• Manage all sales operations, including preparing reports for budgeting, market share and direct sales
• Actively research/analyze market trends in conjunction with supply/demand, pricing, balancing costs and monitoring competition
