??Hiring Director, Private Equity Investment, A Climate Fund [Open for Vietnamese & Expats]

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Director, Private Equity Investment to join a new climate fund, based in Vietnam with a focus on Southeast Asian markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agriculture and forestry sectors in Vietnam or Southeast Asia and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, long-term, sustainable and impactful private equity investments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in managing private equity investments, with a strong focus on the agriculture and forestry sectors in Vietnam/Southeast Asia.
• Deep understanding of the agriculture and forestry sectors in Vietnam/Southeast Asia, including regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key players, etc.
• Demonstrable track record of deal sourcing, execution, exit and portfolio companies' management. (Full life)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business models and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
