?? We've taken the bold step of publishing our process as well as our assessment online for everyone to see.?

?? The assessment is not hard. The assessment is not clever. The assessment looks too easy in the right light. We worry that it is not rigorous enough.

?? It is an assessment of practiced expertise in the tools that we use every day.

?? We have created a process that allows anyone who cares enough and works hard to make it through. The candidate's approach to our process informs us and helps filter for the right attitude and aptitude.

?? We seek those who want to?(a) do simple things well, (b) be great at what they do, and?(c) take pride in their work.

?? We inform candidates about the assessment in advance of their interview appointment. We are surprised by the large number of candidates who do not review the assessment in advance.
