Job Title: Content Strategist

Position Overview: Do you care about how compelling content can deliver business value? We're seeking a talented Content Strategist/ Marketer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.

?< We are working with a consultant on rebranding our website. In 2024 we will introduce new / restart earlier content marketing efforts>

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content across various platforms, including but not limited to: Case studies Newsletters (monthly, delivered via LinkedIn/Substack), Lead magnets, Blogs, Graphics using Canva to accompany your written content (you can use templates where possible)
  • Analyse and make changes to improve business value delivered

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email sequences around lead magnets, optimizing for conversions
  • Create and execute email campaigns targeting specific events and programs
  • Manage and keep email lists updated
  • Analyse and make changes to improve business value delivered

Webinars and Events:

  1. Coordinate and manage webinars, podcasts, and other events:

  • Work with Harish/ Ramanand on choosing relevant topic
  • Create and send invites to relevant user lists
  • Join as participant to improve value for participant as well as CTQ
  • Create content for post-event engagement with participants and update lists
  • Oversee the production of monthly Smartlever episodes and Incite recommendations
  • Analyse and make changes to improve business value delivered

Work with other agencies:

  • Provide direction and feedback to external agencies for social media, SEO, and video/podcast production
  • Analyse and recommend changes to improve business value delivered by these efforts


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content marketing and strategy
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in managing email marketing campaigns and analyzing metrics for optimization will be a plus
  • Familiarity with webinar and podcast production processes, tools and platforms like Canva, Substack, Zoom, Asana will be a plus

Compensation:

  • Base salary: INR 6-7.2 L p.a.
  • Annual bonus of up to INR 1.25 L based on business value influenced (e.g. number and quality of leads generated, sales generated from those leads)
