Hiring a copywriter is the single biggest gamble you’ll ever make.

No, I’m being serious.

Look, I’ve gone on some amazing runs in my career, but the truth is, my clients (possibly even you reading this now) took a gamble.

The difference is knowing your copywriter's odds.

When Joe Sugarman and I spoke a while ago, he said to me…

“Adil, I used to write ads and I’d hit 2/10. Thankfully those 2 were profitable enough to cover my losses in the other 8 and keep me making money.

As I got better, my odds are now standing at 8/10 are winners. But it does take time.”

So take from it what you will but the truth is you have to know when you hire someone it is a gamble, get comfortable with it, but also trust their odds.

Don’t get emotional and let them do their work.

If you have a copywriter who you know will knock it out of the ballpark, even 2/10 times and still make it profitable for you… Keep paying them to get better.

And if you know a copywriter who is hitting it out of the park at least 5/10 times, and has a proven record… PAY THEM WHAT THEY ASK FOR or at least make it worth their while!

Now, I'm taking on new clients in January as my private clients have been informed why I want to bring this to you guys.

Each piece of work I take on in 2018 is continuity and more importantly, going to be a relationship.

I'm opening the doors to 10 consulting slots a month at a HEAVILY Reduced rate per month + monthly access to ALL the copy I produce.

Not only that, I'm taking on 2 private clients every 90 days as I want to only work with dedicated winners.

I would say 3 but the 3rd spot is PERMANENTLY Taken by someone I'll reveal in January 2018.

IF this is you. PM me, let's get a call and see if we qualify to work together.

When I began, even though I think I'm reasonable at grammar, one of my first investments was getting a copywriter to provide the checks and measures I needed. Great post.
