### Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.

- Liaise with clients to understand their training needs and consult where necessary.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create module blueprints.

- Conduct thorough research using various sources.

- Develop training modules, including Program Design, PPTs, Trainer Guides, and Handouts.

- Coordinate with the graphic team to create engaging content.

- Present drafts to clients, gather feedback, and finalize modules.

- Incorporate feedback from pilot programs to improve content.

### Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry.

- Experience in multimedia content creation.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

- Certifications in content marketing or related fields are a plus.
