Job Title: Lead .NET Developer (10+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in .NET development and possess strong leadership qualities to guide the team towards successful project delivery.

About the Role

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Oversee database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational database management systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in .NET development, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET , MVC, and Web API.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in an onsite/offshore model preferred.

- Willingness to work onsite in Chennai and possess any necessary work permits or visas required for employment in India.
