We have an urgent opening for Business Analyst in a Multinational Company based in Mumbai.
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: The CEO of Crop Protection Business
Location: Mumbai
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, a related field, or an MBA.
?Job Purpose:
Works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.
Providing support to the business teams during the scoping phase in all the projects, including their sign-off.
?Conducting formal and informal reviews with the businesses, applying an understanding of the project, and support required.
?Engage with the business teams and the customers to ensure the project/product understanding by resolving their open actions.

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.?
Business Analyst Requirements:
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Data visualization and data analysis experience.
Experience with project management tools.
