Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Job Title : Bookkeeper

• IN OFFICE ONLY POSITION
• MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP or ENTERPRISE Version Experience

Location : West Palm Beach ,FL

Responsibilities:

• Daily book keeping function
• Includes data entry
• Bank reconciliation weekly/ monthly
• A/R daily reconciliation
• A/P daily reconciliations
• Create Client Invoices
• Time Sheets data entry for employees and reconciliations
• Payroll Data entry and reconciliations
• Generate financial reports daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Should have minimum 3-5 hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related field
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Salary Rate : 45k - 50k Annually - Negotiable
