About the Role:

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our IT consulting and staffing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing our bench consultants, forging strong client and vendor relationships, and securing optimal placements for our consultants. This position is crucial for maintaining and expanding our presence in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to market IT bench consultants effectively.
• Build and sustain relationships with prime vendors and direct clients.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions.
• Submit consultants’ profiles for job opportunities and manage the interview and placement process.
• Keep a comprehensive database of opportunities and update consultants on their application statuses.
• Ensure continuous consultant engagement and promptly address any concerns.
