Hiring Announcement: Midwest Territory Sales Manager
Consolidated Bearings Company is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Territory Sales Manager in the Midwest Region to serve our well-established customer base.
This is a salaried position with a potential for a bonus, as well as a rich benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance along with an FSA, HRA and paid time off. Additionally, this position includes a company vehicle and credit card. Employment at Consolidated also includes eligibility to be enrolled in the Company Profit Sharing Plan. All applicants must be willing to travel.
Core Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:
- Accurately and consistently report all activities and schedules into company CRM
- Attend content-rich Lunch and Learns with peers and applicable customers
- Conduct courteous and professional engagement with Consolidated customers
- Deliver consistent and proactive communication with Management and Customer Service Representatives
- Establish and cultivate relationships with applicable Regional Managers
- Generate and follow-through on new sales leads and quotes
- Perform Joint Sales Calls with Outside Sales Personnel
- Visit customers 3 weeks per month, Monday through Thursday (schedule is flexible and can vary depending on Territory)
- 5-10 years of sales experience
- Must be willing to travel
