Ideal Candidate

Strong Product Support or Specialist Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - 3+ yrs of experience in Product / Customer Support roles with Finance / Fin-Tech Companies

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience in working on F&O (Futures & Options) products (Cash Market or Mutual Funds experience not accepted)

Mandatory (candidate Company) - Stock Market focused Fin-Tech / Finance Companies, Brokerage Firms OR Trading house

Role & Responsibilities

1.Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's Futures & Options (F&O) products.

2.Interact with customers to provide product information, answer queries, and support their needs.

3.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

4.Maintain relationships with partners and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
