Job Purpose
The purpose of this role to organize and manage information for all our trekking and mountaineering trips. We run 100+ trips per year. ?Contacting clients daily, collecting booking information, and filing information to the appropriate file. ?Advance our current organizational systems to be more efficient and more effective in serving our clients.?Gain greater knowledge of the areas we work in, to be better able in assisting our clients. This role requires excellent attention to detail.?

Required Qualifications
Degree in business administration would be ideal along with a proven track record working in a similar administration role. Marketing and outdoor adventure qualification would be an advantage, but not essential. Enjoy working with others in a team environment. Being computer literate and detail orientated.
Experience
3 to 5 years previous experience preferred.

We are a family run business based in Eagle-vail Colorado. ?We specialize in running high quality treks and mountaineering trips on 5 continents. We predominately run trips to Nepal, Tanzania, Peru, Ecuador and other destinations around the world. Our mission is to offer our clients a service second to none along side supporting our staff and the communities we work in. ?
